Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. All this can be done from the Manage my subscription page under "Account Settings".
Do credits expire?
No. Any unused credits will roll over into the next month. Even if you cancel your Truthtide Studio membership, you'll still have access to all the credits you received while you were subscribed.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled through the Wix checkout. Wix is a Merchant of Record that is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you make a purchase, you are actually paying Wix through their secure, compliant checkout. Wix then pays us after handling taxes and compliance.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Payments are handled by Wix who are a PCI compliant Merchant of Record, which means that we don't see or store your card details. Truthtide does not have any access to your card details apart from the last 4 digits of your card number.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the product you purchased, how much you used it, and the reasons for wanting a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Is there a one-off payment option, or do I need to subscribe?
If you don't want to subscribe, you can instead buy a credit pack.
Can I get more credits without paying?
Yes, every day you'll be able to claim the 5 credit top-up.
Will I still get the daily topup?
Yes. Everyone is eligible for the daily topup, regardless of your current credit balance or whether you've purchased credits or subscribed to Truthtide Studio.
My credits went to the wrong account!
Your credits will go to whatever account you're logged in to when you purchase them. If this is the wrong account for some reason, contact us and we'll transfer them for you.
How many artworks can I create per day for free?
You can create up to 5 images with your daily top-up. Every Truthtide Studio user gets 5 free credits each day that you login or use the app.
What if my creation fails / is marked as "error"?
We know not all creations are successful. If your creation fails, your credits will be automatically refunded and you can try again.
Why does it cost money?
It takes a lot of computing power to process a creation, and that costs us money. However, as algorithms become more optimised, and compute power becomes cheaper, the cost of Truthtide Studio credits has and will continue to go down.
