By subscribing, you're championing our mission to keep the Roku channel accessible at no cost, fostering a broad reach of quality content. 3. Subscriptions and Payments

a. No Refunds: We operate on a non-refund policy for our subscription services. When you subscribe, whether monthly or annually, the payment you make is final.

b. Cancellation: While you can't refund a subscription, you're free to cancel at any time. Should you cancel, your subscription remains active for the rest of the billing period, and you won't be re-billed at the end of that period.

c. Annual Subscription Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances change. If you decide to cancel your annual subscription, here's our refund policy:

 

Cancellations made within the first 10 days: Full refund.

Cancellations after 10 days but within the first month: 80% refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Each subsequent month will see a decrease of 10% in the potential refund amount, with a consistent $10 processing fee applied.

If a refund is issued, access to Burrow•TV will be terminated immediately.

Please note that these terms are in place to ensure the sustainability of our service, allowing us to continue offering quality content to all our users.
