Use the Gateway Experience Hemi-Sync recordings in a prone position. You will be deeply relaxed in the "body-asleep mind-awake" state of awareness. We recommend corded headphones from either a laptop or tablet.
Use while seated, standing or dancing is not recommended.
To get the most out of the Gateway Experience, start with Wave I and work through all tracks before proceeding to the next wave. [Repeat]
Plan to take several months to a year to complete the exercises.
